Great customer service. Although the gentleman was really from the Hyannis store. He was great. He was alone but handling the 5 of us quickly and friendly. Sandwiches made perfectly. I just wish I could remember his name. It was Friday night 5/8.
Absolutely love this Subway location! The sandwiches are always fresh, and the staff is super friendly and quick. It’s my go-to spot for a delicious and satisfying meal every time!
Whoever the young man who was working this Friday evening March 27, I just wanted to take the time to say how good the Italian BMT sandwiches were. Additionally, he was very pleasant upon pick-up. Restaurant was very clean. Will definitely keep coming back! Great job my guy

Subway has improved its offerings with a better selection, and the workers are described as nice and the location as clean. However, some customers have raised concerns about the food safety and the staff's competence at this particular location. The reviews mention issues with order accuracy, limited vegetarian options, and a lack of coupon acceptance, which can be disappointing for some customers. Despite these challenges, the location is described as wheelchair accessible with 8-10 parking spots available.
