Drive-thru worker got my order wrong and gave me a similar menu item that was more expensive instead. Not a big deal, everybody knows the drill here - you bring the food back, you explain what happened, they apologize and remake the food properly and, if necessary, offer a refund for the difference in price. I rarely post negative reviews, but I had the rudest customer service I've ever seen. It was in their drive-thru today, I was ordering on behalf of community members with disabilities, and even when I explained that, and it also being my first day representing them, the server continued to be extremely rude & impatient. Whatever the opposite of customer service is, that was it, I used to like going here, but they've now lost my own patronage.

Yesterday I was at the Tim Hortons drive through and I was asking for a small chocolate creamy chill and the person that was working the microphone kept saying we don’t have biscuits and I repeated my self over 5 times saying I wanted a small chocolate creamy chill and the person still kept saying we don’t have biscuits yet I wasn’t asking for biscuits. Just wish people there would learn to understand normal English please and thank you.
