“Had a really great experience during my visit. The staff member (Anuj) working was extremely polite, patient, and professional even while handling everything during a short-staffed shift. He managed the rush very well and still made sure all of us were taken care of properly. You could tell he genuinely cared about customer service and keeping things running smoothly. Really appreciate the hard work and positive attitude — employees like him make a big difference.“

“This is by far the best Subway location I’ve visited. I’ve been to many, and I go out of my way to come to this one. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the staff are always friendly and respectful!

I’m usually served by Het G. and Hardik, who are always kind, and take the time to make my order properly without rushing. They are great employees with a great work ethic! I don't often do google reviews, but these guys deserve to be recognized!“

The fella who served me remembered who I was and what I liked on my sandwich even though I had not seen him in 6 months.Will definitely be making all my Subway trips to the mall from now on.The sandwich was perfect and he did not skimp on the sauce or my toppings. “Was back in Brandon in May 2023, kept meaning to post a review, finally got around to it! Ordered via the Subway app for pick up and it was GREAT. Staff actually put on extra tomatoes that were requested, not just the standard amount. Living in Winnipeg I almost never get extra amounts when requested at my 3 regular Subways, hell sometimes they have completely forget to put them on at all... Brandon Victoria location was EXCELLENT all around.“

“I was heading to grab Subway after a very long day and really didn't have a lot of time. Upon arriving, there was a gentleman working I believe his name was Ray. Ray was dealing with a few difficult customers but he remained calm even though I had a bit of wait. I struck up a conversation with him when it was my turn and he seemed very apologetic for the environment and even offered me a discount for the occurrence that had happened. Great guy really represents Subway very well!“
