“Tim Hortons at 1st Street is more than just a coffee shop to me - it's my happy place! From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The coffee is always hot, everything is fresh, the store is super clean, and the staff is always very friendly. 5/5 stars! Highly recommend!“
“Had a great experience at Tim Hortons today! My order included a Chipotle Craveable Wrap, which unfortunately wasn’t available—but Arshdeep handled it perfectly. He quickly offered a sandwich replacement and made sure everything was prepared just right.
The food was fresh, tasty, and the service was smooth from start to finish. Really appreciate the effort and positive attitude—customer service like this makes a big difference.
Big thanks to Arshdeep“
“Your standard Canadian experience
Tim Hortons. The standard Canadian coffee shop. Where all the tradesmen, retirees, truckers and friends catching up after a year of not seeing each other go. Doesn't matter which location you visit, the menu will always be the same. What will change though, is the atmosphere, food quality, speed of preparedness and sometimes even the time frame in different parts of the menu.
Large Double Double, Sausage Farmers Wrap, Boston Cream donut, 10 pack of Timbits. Your standard order. Iced Capps are a substitute choice if you want a frozen drink instead. Feeling extra tired? Throw in an espresso shot.
Make sure you avoid the rush times. Such as: 6:30am to 7:45am, 11:45am to 1pm, and 3:30pm to 6pm, unless you want to wait in a line that extends out the doors. While that line will disappear in about 10 minutes, it's still not the most fun to wait in.
Their pastry selection will vary as the showcase is usually more bare than not (unless you came right around a refill). But they have a selection for every type of person. Plain ol donut. Chocolate glazed. Double chcolate. Apple fritter. Sour cream glazed. Cream filled. The list goes on. The timbits selection is just as wide.
The tables are usually fairly packed, which in turn equates to a loud-ish atmosphere. The bathrooms may be locked depending on the location, requiring a staff member to let you in. They're usually fairly clean for a chain place.
All in all, it's a place you have to try. It might not he the best it could be, but it's a place every Canadian knows and loves.“
“Nothing particularly special about the food or drinks, but this Tim Hortons became an important part of my routine when I lived in Brandon. After work, it was one of the few places where I could sit quietly, relax, and spend some time reading without feeling rushed. The atmosphere was calm, the seating comfortable enough, and it offered a simple sense of familiarity at the end of the day. I appreciated having a spot like this to unwind — thank you for those small but meaningful moments.
Update: Thank you for your kind message!
