Dancing Bear Restaurant & Churchill Hotel

I was just here with a student group and I had a wonderful time here, the rooms were clean and had no problems. It is a great place to stay in Churchill.

I only ate meals at the restaurant. The service was amazing, and the food was excellent. The employees are friendly, courteous, and helpful. There is a cool little gift shop in the restaurant.

We stayed here for a few days and would 100% come back and stay in this hotel. Staff and owners were very friendly and rooms were nice and clean. Shower pressure was good and beds were comfy and cozy!

This hotel was close to everything. Grocery atore across the street and shops all near by.

We ate at the restaurant here several times on our trip to Churchill. The food was consistently good to excellent, and service was exceptional. I especially recommend the bison stew and the sandwiches - delicious. A very friendly and welcoming restaurant.

We used the restaurant. A pleasant and atmospheric place. Large portions. Food good. Prices are OK for Churchill.

The owner couple are super nice. He went to the station to pick up the guests. You feel that she treats the guests as her family members. They made special arrangements so that we could check out as late as we want before the train leaves at 7:30 pm. The room and washroom are clean and newly renovated. It is quiet and bright with a good view of the town. The restaurant connected is very nice and big enough for 50 guests. The location is super, 200 meters to everything, including the train station, the city complex (hospital, gym, school) and the Hudson Bay where we saw the aurora. A grocery and department store is just cross the street. Highly recommended.

It was the end of the summer season, so we ate here twice. Carol, our server, was friendly and efficient. She was great! The first night, I had fish and chips and it was a huge portion of fish. The burger was also handmade and really tasty. But the best thing we had was the thin crust pizza that was crispy on the edges and gooey good. One of the quickest places to serve food - others in the area were very slow.

The pizza was delicious!

We ate dinner here 1 night and we weren’t really impressed. We had heard their pizza was supposed to be good but we didn’t think much of it - overcooked. Service was good and our server was friendly.
