Birds Hill location, delivery options around here are limited, and i think they know that. I've given it 4 chance now. First time was their anniversary deal. Was good, but doughy in the center, so not okay. Tried again, same thing. Again third time, they cooked it "medium well" and it was finally good. Got their 2 Large special. They do NOT allow extra toppings, even at added price. Now I understand why. Thin crust pizza, with a third of the pieces mistyping sauce or any toppings at all 1-2 inches from the edge. We were very hungry so ate the things anyway, but it's ridiculous how little was put on two topping only, restricted thin crust pizza. The remaining ham and mushroom had 9 SLICES of mushrooms on the entire half. NINE. Is there a shortage on mushrooms? I don't understand. Maybe it was a "new staff" day, but really. $45 for two barely there 2 topping pizzas. Ican't imagine spending here unless desperate. Come on, guys. Last time we will ever order from here. Love to support local businesses but this place it pumping out pre baked shells that have cardboard texture with very bland taste. Not sure they use real mozzarella or that cheap pizza blend cheese . Let’s just say it was rubbery and very little coverage, 3 to 4 inches from the crust edge. Super stingy on toppings. I’m sure the staff are working hard and long to make, bake and deliver. This is not their fault. It’s the owners instructions they follow. Quality is not as important as profit it seems. Boston pizza switched to pre baked crusts years ago. And they make a bad pie because of that change. At least dominos and other local stores still bake fresh . All you get here is melted cheap ingredients out the door in ten min or less.Better to make your own at home and save the 55$ for two unremarkable pies.Called to let them know about this and was not contacted back. Nuff said. Just look at the other reviews.

we have been coming here a very long time. we have been regulars every week. we got to know one of the managers “taylor” very well. always super friendly and remembered past conversations, and most importantly could always admit when a mistake was made and did her best to fix it as soon as possible. we would come in thursdays as that’s when we knew she worked. we have not seen her in a couple months and to say the place has gone downhill since she left is an understatement. there are a few other managers that are okay but none that compare and many times we’ve been met with rudeness and hostility. unfortunately we can no longer come here as it’s just not the same gondola we know and love, others have suggested henderson highway. whoever trained the previous manager taylor should train all other managers. the attitude of some of them is just unacceptable

The guy on the phone (who is always the guy I have at the counter) is totally miserable and needs to find a new job. The inside is incredibly rundown and needs an overhaul. This location desperately needs some new owners to give it the attention it needs.

I'm guessing it was the owner... sold my pizza so gave me someone else's sitting there of the same type because it was 'the only one they had.' I asked about their way of cutting it and he was very rude and condescending, said very busy, etc. It was my first and last time.

I usually love to support local but I've started to avoid this place. Recently I called in to place an order for pickup an hour before closing. The staff let the phone ring then hang-up to avoid taking the order. Not worth the effort to give them my business. Past orders are hit and miss for quality. They definitely have a staffing issue. Order from a place that appreciates and wants your business.
On two seperate occasions our pizza was over cooked, dry and the edges burnt. We stopped going to Birdshill and started going to the one on Henderson. Have had great pizza since change

Very disappointed in our order. Both pizzas were burnt, had rubbery toppings, and tasted so gross that our leftovers went straight into the trash. Gondola pizza is usually our go-to on family treat night but the last couple of orders from Birds Hill location have ruined it for us. Definitely will not be ordering from this location again.
