The guy on the phone (who is always the guy I have at the counter) is totally miserable and needs to find a new job. The inside is incredibly rundown and needs an overhaul. This location desperately needs some new owners to give it the attention it needs.
On two seperate occasions our pizza was over cooked, dry and the edges burnt. We stopped going to Birdshill and started going to the one on Henderson. Have had great pizza since change

we have been coming here a very long time. we have been regulars every week. we got to know one of the managers “taylor” very well. always super friendly and remembered past conversations, and most importantly could always admit when a mistake was made and did her best to fix it as soon as possible. we would come in thursdays as that’s when we knew she worked. we have not seen her in a couple months and to say the place has gone downhill since she left is an understatement....read full review
