“We usually preorder online for pickup in this, we enjoy the food and it is usually made right. The only issue is when the online offer did not work one time and was not applied after it was added at checkout, I mentioned the free cookies deal/offer, the lady at the counter did not really care much to make it right. All she said was that they didn't do anything with the online offer and acted like she could not be bothered about it at all. We had ordered many times here it would be nice to be treated as a valued customer in that one instance. Score 3 because there are other employees who do a good job and didn't let one bad experience with the older lady to give a lower score.Parking: Two areas to park, one in front of the building, the other you access from the side, you can't get from one place to the other.“
