“Visited Mr. Sub in Selkirk with my two kids and was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service. Kishan, the server, was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. He even gave my kids free cookies, which absolutely made their day!The restaurant had a welcoming vibe, and my kids really enjoyed their subs. While the overall experience was lovely, The Sub of the Day was just okay, but the warmth and customer service more than made up for it.
We’ll definitely be back—especially for the kindness and smiles!“

“I had a mishap with ordering on the app I guess, I assumed it would be just like ordering at their drive through screens but it wasn’t. My sub came exactly how I DIDN’T want it but, and they really didn’t have to do this at all, the staff made me a fresh sub exactly how I wanted it and saved the day.
It was very embarrassing because I wasn’t too pleasant about the app messing my meal up initially but they disregarded my negativity and still made it up to me. I was very humbled and apologized to the staff for expressing my initial discontentment. They really did go above and beyond and I truly didn’t deserve them to be so kind after my being so upset. I can’t express how much I appreciated it and also how sorry I am for my initial reaction. You guys are great. Thank you so much.“

“It was after 10'00 pm on a Thursday evening, I was starving and I was hoping this restaurant would be open. The open sign was still on, yippee, but when I opened the door, the gentleman said they were closed. However I guess I looked extremely disappointed, because I was lucky enough for him to say come in. Even though everything had taken out of the display case, be preceded to open lids and make my sandwich.

“My favorite Subway restaurant. I had an issue with the Subway app not accepting a promo code. The manager took the time to look at the app and see the problem. He gave me the discount even though the code would not be accepted. Great service, and he made me a delicious sandwich.“
