Pizza Hut

We came in to have a bite to eat for lunch. There's a place to dine in however they are not equipped to host. No available cups for everyone to use as we bought a 2 littre drink for the family, we had the brownie but no spoon available for convince. The table needs to be wiped as there are signs that it has been used. I understand they cater for pickup and delivery but they should be prepared for customers passing by to enjoy their pizza at the restaurant. Overall the staff was friendly and tried to accommodate to what they have. We appreciate the effort.

Called them because my skip ordered said on the way, so I waited for an hour and when I called they said it was delivered and hour ago. Ans when u told them why didn't you know or ring my door bell they hung up. And they won't refund me i thought it would be nice and hot food I didnt know it would be frozen.

Food Is good but since last couple times i am ordering anything they just dont have it. Is it because i am trying to order the deal? If so why do you have deals. And if seriously you dont have products why is your shop open?

Didn't order online so payed full price for 2 mediums asked for well done got barely cooked $50 for crappy pizza thats the last time we order pizza hut period $50 bucks for garbage litterly raw pie

To sum it up not worth the money never can I honestly say have I had worse ordered 2 pizzas one cheese wasn't bad but the chicken ranch was terrible no cheese no sauce not sure if it had bacon and 1 little peice of dried out chicken on each Slice just garbage used to own sorentos pizza and toppings pizza would of never even tried to serve something like this $50.00 down the toile

The pizza here is really good. We have had a few orders made incorrectly but they were more than happy to rectify the mistake. They always have different deals on too. One of the better places in town

Ordered Pizza Hut last weekend — 2 medium pizzas, cheese breadsticks, and dips. The food was fine, but the delivery experience was disappointing. The driver showed up late and didn’t give me my change. I don’t mind tipping, but it should be my choice — especially when the service isn’t great. I’m a low-income household, and having my change taken like that isn’t okay.

Were ordered from here and left 11 Caesar salads behind. They texted me a few minutes later but I was already out of town. I told them that. They said they would bring them. I said we are located in Sandy Bay. The guy said he knows and would send someone. I didn’t believe it until they showed up with our salads. We were so happy with their service. We tried to tip the driver but he declined. Great service!
