Went about 20 min before closing. Server was very friendly. They brought out extra food that had been left over from the day. Super kind staff and great service!

I was passing through Portage July 5th in the early evening and as I had never tried Popeyes decided to give it a try.. the food was OK but the bathrooms and eating areas were extremely unsanitary. The seat was up on the toilet which I can understand can happen with a both sex bathroom.but there was toilet paper on the floor as well as urine on the floor around the toilet. My friend used the other bathroom and said it was just as bad. We proceeded to our booth by the window and on the floor there was an area of approx 4ft x 4ft that was covered with what appeared to be scattered breading from the chicken. We were there for about a half hr and no one came to clean it up. My other friend mentioned that the sign in the window when we entered advertised a special of a meal for 5 for $30, when she ordered that was told that special was no longer available and had to pay extra.

The food is so crunchy and fresh. Always my go to restaurant, also tried Brandon, but PLP has amazing staff. Recommend to all
