The room was huge and inviting updated with a more modern design. Clean and well kept. Not to mention alot of bang for the buck. The staff were friendly and ready to please. Here it is people the truth about the ste. Anne hotel. First off that so called fried chicken is frozen and microwaved to order. Second when you order a fatboy with chili say thank you Campbell's cause carmelles chili is premade in a container frozen the microwaved to order that chili was probably made months in advance. Everything on Carmelles menu frozen not fresh. And last management Carmelle Lilly is verbally and emotionally abusive to her staff she is two faced and lies to...read full review
