A bit of a wait during non-peak hours but it meant really fresh fries too in my experience! Disappointed however that my burger was made incorrectly one time and another time I had ordered fries and for some reason received half fries and half onion rings? It wouldn't have been so bad if they were fresh but it seemed like the onion rings were sitting around so they threw them in to get rid of them!
I know this place had a rough start, building that reputation back up may take some time. However, they have good deals and vegetarian options. As well as great customer service, from Joseph in specific! Guy is a beauty!Vegetarian options: Veggie burgers.

Stopped through the drive thru at BK in stellar Steinbach, I could understand the attendant over the drive thru speaker. Wonderful customer service, a smile greeted me. Order was correct. And was sent out within 2 minutes. Fries were crispy, and hot. Whopper was fresh. Not soggy like whoppers can be. Fresh lettuce, and tomatoes. Great burger I will recommend, and return.
