If the pita wrap breaks, they ask you if you want a new wrap, or just have it double wrapped. They warm a new pita as soon as you place the order, so you aren't getting some old, prewarmed, stale one. The communication is excellent. Over all, I'm never going to subway again.“

The food is always made well, portion size for value is great. The staff are very friendly and efficient.
Mr. Sub has a great mutli-faceted rewards program as well. purchase 9 large subs and receive a free sub.
Purchase 9 small subs/wraps (not including specialty wraps) and receive a free small sub/wrap.
I used to be a die-hard subway sandwich fan; but, Mr. Sub has earned my business above Subway and Quiznos.
