Very slow service in the store. No one stationed at the tills. Had to wait several minutes for cashier to arrive, despite making eye contact with the manager Lily several times.I appreciate your comment, I don't think there is much to do. Unfortunately I have to add to the number of disappointed customers at this location. Got 2 of 3 items I ordered wrong. I didn't even get the bun that is supposed to come with the chili. There wasn't long lineups in the drive-thru or inside. No excuse for so many mistakes. There are many other options nearby and I will not return to Tim's while I'm in the area. I strongly suggest to double check your order before leaving. There have been other reviews similar to mine.
