This is my childhood crib, kinda like a love hate relationship, mostly love though. The food is usually on point, but the inside is often dirty, and not very cleanly. Overall I’ll still go, but sitting In isn’t always the best option.

Clearly ordered 2 large coffees, get to the window and receive 1 coffee... then I told them I ordered and wanted 2 coffees not 1. They just gave me my 1 coffee and told me if I wanted the 2nd I would have to circle around a FULL drive through again in the morning rush.. terrible customer service absolutely pathetic.

Always have to pull over and wait for food. Evem when it seems like its not that busy. What happened to fast food?
After ordering coffee's I waited 15 minutes, and they got the order wrong. Also the guy at the counter was on the phone with his back turned to me for about 5 minutes before finally turning around, not washing his hands and started making icecream cones.

Has one pleasant young lady with a nice smile and happy attitude who actually knows how to properly make an ice cream cone! They both arrived beautifully swirled, of a reasonable size [not misery as many make them] Note, ice cream dispensers need to have the temperature adjusted just right to produce a product that has the right texture but is stiff enough to stand up in the swirl and should be able to finish with the little curl on top. Some fancy shops would train until you could serve a cone to be an exact weight when done. My family once owned a small shop beside a theater where they sold flavored popcorn🍿, root-beer and other sodas🥤, floats & milkshakes 🧋, ice cream 🍦🍧🍨 treats. Even banana splits served in glass elongated serving dish. Having someone hand me a cone beautifully made complete with a lovely smile & greeting was a real pleasure.

I ordered through uber eats medium Coffee Frappe with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle, along with burgers . While burgers was fine but The drink was not blended properly at all it was mostly crushed ice with no real flavor, making it tasteless. For the price, I expected a smooth and creamy frappe, not just icy water. Really dissatisfied with this order.
