My experience there this morning was awful. Lady was telling me to speak louder so I did than proceeded to tell me to stop yelling at her when I wasn’t yelling I just raised my voice like she asked me to. Than she proceeded to tell me to come to the second window cuz she couldn’t hear me again after telling me to stop yelling at her. When I got to the window she confirmed my order. Over all spent 20 minutes 10 in the drive thru and 10 waiting for my food. I was late to work. And they forgot my drink.

I went through the drive through at the Winkler McDonald’s location and used my debit card for my purchase. As always I hold onto the debit machine until the approval message shows up. The guy in the drive through window was extremely rude and told me to not waste their time just go away and slammed the window shut. I stayed at the window until he reopened it and told him that he was very rude and that I was only making sure the transaction cleared. He responded that he would have told me if it did not clear and slammed the window shut again. I was going to ask for my receipt but did not get the chance. I would not recommend this McDonald’s location to anyone. They are rude and pushy. No way to treat a customer no matter how busy you are. I would rate them lower if there was a lower rating option.

One of the slowest drive thrus in winkler. If you’re in a rush, DO NOT STOP HERE EVER!! Whomever runs this particular McDonalds should go and take notes from the local Tim Hortons who’s drive thru is consistently quick… also fix your parking lot, please

Unfortunately, this is one of the least pleasant McDonald’s locations I’ve visited. It’s noticeably dirty — probably the dirtiest in Winkler and Morden. The hygiene standards seem very poor, and the place urgently needs a sanitary inspection.

I go there for coffee sometimes they get right. Pretty much a crap shoot, either it taste like they poured it out before the pot was brewed or it taste old & burnt. Hard to find a place to get good coffee.

This was my 3rd or 4th time here every time i tell myself maybe next time will be better but no their customer service just gets worse and worse the order taker today was so rude and loud and for no reason. Take my advice save your self some hassle and choose another location to visit
