Bad experience today. Ordered two fruit tea bobas. Same way I have been for the last couple years. Owner asks if I want any add on’s. Nope because I’ve never had to ask for an add on to get boba in my boba. I didn’t notice until I get home.i go back half hour before closing time. They closed early.i get the owners attention through the window. Explain the situation he became argumentative tells me I didn’t order it right. finally agrees to give me boba. best bubble tea around and the friendliest people!
The staff are so sweet and so patient. I get really anxious ordering things and paying for things (especially when I have to count change) and the lady was so sweet and told me to take my time. It wasn't busy when I went and I got my bubble tea almost right after I payed.
