“We like the pizza BUT the young woman taking orders on the phone today has a LOT to learn about customer service or even just plain human kindness and respect. WOW. Gen Z much??!! She was rude and unprofessional. Luckily for Winkler Pizza, we know that their pizza tastes great and the owners and also great but they should reconsider their choice of who answers the phone and takes orders. It was like WE were an inconvenience. 👎 on the CS but 👍🏼 on the food. Wow.“

“I had a great experience at Pizza Hotline in Winkler! The crew here is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome. One thing that really stood out to me is how seriously they take cleanliness and hygiene. I noticed that the staff always wear gloves while prepping and making pizzas, as well as while handling any food items — which shows how much they care about doing things the right way. The entire place is always neat and spotless. Great service, great food, and a team that truly goes the extra mile. Definitely one of my go-to pizza spots in town!“

“Service so so, pick up time right on, and the pasta marinara and Alfredo, plus the breadsticks n garlic toast were fantastic! Will b back for more! You pay more than dominos, but you get more pasta n cheese n includes breadsticks n both are a notch better tastier than dominos.“

“Went to Boston pizza for lunch with some friends and family and I gotta say the service is absolutely amazing, our server margaret did an amazing job and made the visit so much more enjoyable. Will definitely always ask to be in her section. 10/10 experience. Only way it could get better is if they brought back the pizza burger😉“

“I ordered online with a good coupon, it said it would be done in 15, was done in about ten and since I paid online it was really easy to go and grab very quickly
