I had the deluxe wonton soup and my dining partners both had beef with noodles. My broth was very salty compared to the broth in the beef version. My husband felt the beef was a bit tough but we all liked the noodles. Thick and tasty. I had a lot of wontons and some broccoli. I wished it had more veggies.
The portion size is generous and the price is reasonable. However, the rice noodles were overcooked—they lost their chewiness and turned soggy. Otherwise, I would have gone with the noodles. Interestingly, I noticed another customer mentioned the same issue in a Google Maps review, but it seems the feedback hasn't been addressed.
This place has the MOST AMAZING SOUP. Wonton bowl is so freaking good, we drive across the entire city just to get it!! Really nice employees, place is always clean. My only gripe, and its hardly worth mentioning at all, is that I have a very very hard time communicating with the staff who both have a hard time understanding me, and I have a nearly impossible time understanding them. They read my order back to me but I have no idea what they said, and I've asked questions...
