The best sushi in town! The quality of the fish speaks for itself
Stopped by for an early Sunday breakfast and they let my dog hang out with us on the patio, which pretty much made my whole week. The staff brought out a water bowl without even being asked, which honestly says a lot about the place. We shared the spicy tuna crispy rice and it was gone in about two minutes flat, no exaggeration. Parking out front was easy around 10am and the whole vibe was relaxed enough that nobody batted an eye at a golden retriever snoozing under the table.
Stopped by last Friday evening after a walk around the Exchange District and ended up staying way longer than planned because the sushi was that good. The chef's selection omakase had this seared scallop course that I couldn't stop photographing before I let myself eat it, and the lighting near the window tables is soft enough to get a decent shot without a flash.
