When I first went in I loved how beautiful and rustic the restaurant was decorated, but as I sat down I was shocked my how rude and passive aggressive our waiter was. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or something but he was visibly already angry as we sat down, and answered our questions with cold remarks. I myself am a waitress, and having been in the food industry many years, I could NEVER even imagine being that rude to customers. He made several snarky comments, and proceeded to not only get our order wrong once, but twice. I ordered a tropical cocktail which was delivered with no alcohol inside, and my friend was given garlic bread with cheese on it instead of the regular one that she ordered. To my SHOCK, when she asked if she could get her regular garlic bread he replied: « unless you’re lactose intolerant or something I really don’t want to send it back » , to which she politely answered: « I’m not lactose intolerant, but I ordered the regular bread, but it’s okay I’ll still eat it ». Waiter then stormed off. Incidents kept happened for the rest of the evening, nevertheless beautiful restaurant, worst service I’ve ever had.

The atmosphere is great. We had a small room for a group. Jennifer was our server and she was excellent, she is knowledgeable, kind and efficient. She is a definite asset to this establishment. Thanks for a great time.

They were busy 2 weddings ..service was poor ....all tables. That arrived after us ate before we. We didn't get water given. And 45 min after sitting. And then ask if need anything. Yeah our order....oh ok opps ...

SAVE YOUR MONEY, STRESS AND TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE.
We recently had our wedding reception here. On multiple occasions we were let down and left wondering why we spent so much money for a day I regret entirely putting in their hands.
Not only was John not answering my emails but calling which I mentioned multiple times was not my preferred contact method.
He lost our function sheet TWO days before our wedding and had the audacity to call me instead of the coordinator he’d communicated with on our behalf multiple times to go over everything AGAIN after we had just had dinner there to do just that in person with him.
We had to have our sweetheart table chairs changed out during our reception after our grand entrance because they were wrong. We asked for our daughters meal MULTIPLE times ourselves but so did both our mothers and a couple bridesmaids had to also.
One bridesmaid has a severe onion allergy and told the kitchen. The first time they brought out her meal again, same veggie mix with onion. Sent back again, her steak was cold but her veggie was hot. So it’s not a leap that they served the same, cold now unsatisfying steak. We had a complaint from a couple tables that the server they had was awfully rude to them(including allergy table)
There was also a MASS consensus that they weren’t serving 1oz drinks either as many guests TRIED to get drunk, and literally couldn’t. Myself as the bride included. So I’d like to know what I paid almost 20k for with my open bar.
They threw out all our candle boxes so we had nothing to put them back into after take down, when our coordinator went to our ceremony site to set up- do not touch couples items if you’re not responsible for them.
We ALSO got word that a server walked off the job that night due to how he was being treated by management.
Overall, absolutely disgusting service for what was one the most important day of our family life. And for what we paid? Go somewhere else, save your money and stress levels.
I brought my concerns to my coordinator to bring to John the manager when we were trying to leave because I was VERY upset over our wedding day thanks to baileys- and he then cornered us before leaving to discuss it which was very uncomfortable for us.
Absolutely not who should doing events for your company. He may manage the restaurant, but he’s not cut out to do events whatsoever. And considering your staff walked off, maybe not as a manager either.
The veggie wrap was excellent ♥️, thanks to the staff and Leo for making it feel like home for me. The featured Raspberry drink was topnotch and highly recommend it 🥗🍸. Amazing food and staff.

I wish I could give a 0 for our service. I’m currently here for a wedding and my friend had let our server know as soon as we sat down that she has a deathly allergy to seafood. He said he let the kitchen know. Okay great. We place our food orders. About an hour later while we’re all sitting mingling he comes by and says who has the allergy here and my friend says that’s me. And he goes well why didn’t you say something again when you ordered! UHM because she told you and you told us that you let the kitchen know. Then shortly after another server came by asking her if she has an epi pen and if anyone knows how to use it. Which doesn’t really give any confidence that her food is not going to come out safe to eat. To imply that this is her fault is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The most miserable server I have ever encountered.
