I come to BDI once a year as a treat and it used to be great. Today after waiting in the expected line the cashier said sorry not taking orders anymore be back later and closed the window! With 30 people in line! No explanation, no time of return, when is later supposed to be? Are you kidding me? That is horrible customer service and I will never go back. After 10 to 15 minutes of standing there we left. I’m not supporting a business who treat customers that way!

Price is astronomical. The sprinkles have changed. Messing with. Forty plus year classic. I’m happy they started to have more locations but the influx and how much they charge is extremely disappointing and I feel like I’m losing some quality of my experience. Inferior cone strength. A ruined childhood classic. 7.00 for a small twist with sprinkles. Ridiculous!

I grew up going to bdi and it was such a special, family focused place. Now it costs $14 for two small twists which obviously isn't family focused. This will be my last time going to bdi, sad that this placed has been ruined by new owners.
