We had lunch at Cilantros Portage Avenue. Great service and great food. I had the desi wings. I like breaded wings. I don't know what they bread with, but these were amazing and crunchy with a cool fresh diced veggie sauce. My wife had two samosas in a tasty chick pea sauce. I have never really liked samosas before because they were always dry and bland. These were great with just the right amount of heat in the sauce.
