I had a disappointing customer service experience here over the weekend. Along with our Happy Meals, I requested a medium ice water. After receiving a tiny cup, I politely asked the employee to switch it to a medium, but was treated with frustration and reluctance. A simple an clear routine request shouldn't result in making a paying customer feel unwelcome.
Coffees seems to be a hit and miss. Depends who makes your java. It cheap coffee so no complaints... It McDonalds, not Starbucks...
Been coming here more frequently. Service is good!
I did have to wait to get my order taken for 4 minutes.
So that was more of a pain!

Some meals, like the apple pie, have been disappointing due to tasteless dough that scratches the mouth.
The milkshakes flow like noble draughts, the nuggets are bestowed as if by decree of crown and council, and the fries arrive with stately crispness. Nevertheless, this McDonald's is haunted. The staff is polite but not very, and sometimes they forget to add syrup to the Cold Coffee. There is nothing to eat for a vegetarian.
