“We had the pleasure of visiting on a weekday morning. It was not crowded, and despite being a very small establishment, the food offered truly amazing flavors. We were able to order four different dishes from their menu, each featuring a unique blend of flavors. Our server was a very pleasant lady who kindly assisted us in understanding the menu. She was exceptionally kind and patient, which we greatly appreciated. She also informed us that their menu is subject to occasional changes. It was a 10 out of 10 experience for me, and I totally recommend this charming place.“

“Stopped in on a Tuesday evening looking for a quiet spot to edit some shots, and Café Postal ended up being exactly what I needed. The light inside is genuinely beautiful - warm and diffused in a way that made me want to just shoot the whole interior instead of my laptop screen. I ordered a latte and some kind of mushroom toast that was way better than I expected from a weeknight menu. The staff left me alone to work but were friendly when I needed a refill, which is honestly the perfect balance.“

“Stopped in last Friday evening after a long drive through the city and honestly did not expect much from a spot I found on the fly, but Monday's completely surprised me. The latte art on my cortado was legitimately some of the best I've seen outside of Melbourne, and the barista pulled it without any fuss or fanfare. The room had that rare mix of warm lighting and low background noise that actually lets you hold a conversation, which is harder to find than it should be. If I'm passing through Winnipeg again, this is the first place I'm going.“

The pizza portion is perfect for sharing with two people can easily enjoy two slices each and still have leftovers for the next day. I really love that they follow special instructions so carefully. “I just had the ham and mushroom pizza. Best I ever had. It was very reasonably priced with very good ingredients. Bread was so fresh and was so tasty. “First time getting beans from Black Pearl and all the rave reviews are absolutely true! Easily the best coffee I’ve had.

I recently bought an espresso machine and decided to give a local roaster a try. I came across Black Pearl on Google and I’m so glad I did! The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to help me find the right beans for my setup.

Overall it was such a great experience. I can’t wait to come back and try different beans. This is definitely going to be my go to coffee spot from now on! ☕❤“

First impressions of early am visit was spacious, clean and thoughtful gifts items. Workers were cheerful, knowledgeable and quick. Several spaces to sit and work. Background music was pleasant - not too loud. “A place to belong” is their motto. Tips are used to support /encourage young people in a safe environment. I’m just a tourist - but I’d come here every day if I could.“

“I went to to Harrison’s for the first time while out on a nice walk with my friend and her dog. We had wanted to stop for a coffee and noticed the little shop on Waterfront. Not only was the Coffee great but they were a pet friendly establishment and provided water outside for them to have a drink as well. I’m a forever customer now.“

“Was at Polo Park on my birthday and realized I hadn't made provisions to have cake available at some point so I decided to stop here on my way past. We got the dozen assorted and they were delicious. When the lady found out it was my birthday she gave me three extra donuts too. Over all a delightful addition to my birthday.“
