“I’ve been ordering from this location since it opened. Today I got the beef sukiyaki bento with gyoza and spring rolls. To drink I ordered a kiwi lemonade with lychee jelly. Everything was tasty. I like the selection of vegetables that comes with the stir fry. The amount of choices for the bentos is also great. Kiwi lemonade was delicious.“

“Jane, the owner manager did unintentionally punched in a wrong order as we came almost closing time. But she immediately noticed it and offered the refund then corrected the order. Along the way, both of us doesnt know if the charge pushed thru as something like $3.24 is floating as we used a prepaid gift card.
Though both of us not sure if we were debited, she still offered items worth more than the supposed amount.
In the end she did not let us walk away without giving us something. We decline but she insisted.

“Jollibee is always our go-to place, especially when we are with the kids. This Mother’s Day, we had many options on where to celebrate, but we still chose Jollibee because our children truly love it — from the moment they see the Bee sign up to enjoying their favorite meals, especially Chickenjoy and Ube Pie, which everyone in the family loves.

Special mention to the staff at the Ellice branch, especially “Weng,” who is naturally friendly, customer-focused, knowledgeable, and very efficient at her job. As soon as I showed the app on my phone for the Mother’s Day special and to redeem my points, she immediately assisted me and took the time to help. She also never forgets to ask for my Chickenjoy preference, which is always a mix of regular and spicy.

Another associate, whose name I unfortunately failed to get, was also very kind and efficient. He proactively asked if we needed extra plates and cutlery — something I usually forget to request. Hopefully this helps identify him: he served our Order #14 around 2 PM on May 10 at the Ellice branch.

We truly appreciate these staff members! The promo at our favorite Filipino restaurant, combined with such wonderful service, truly made my day as a mom on this special occasion.“

“Great little place! I'm quite lucky the last remaining Harvey's in my city is right outside my home. Harveys is a good fast food restaurant with great tasting food. Just maybe they would be popular again if they widened their choices more, like offering different bun choices (pretzel or brioche) more options of cheese like subway.
I do however have one little complaint and it's those crappy wooden spoons. Sporks come with longer prongs!!!!“

“I ordered the Blackened Tenders through the drive-thru. When I placed my order, the staff member let me know there would be a wait time, which I expected since I usually order this item. After a few minutes, she checked back and informed me there would be an additional 4-minute wait. While I was initially a little disappointed, her excellent customer service completely changed my experience. She was very courteous, kept me updated, and even offered me a drink while I waited. Small gestures like that go a long way and made the wait much more pleasant. Thank you for the great service and for making customers feel valued!“

This time I tried the Italian Nite Club again. It seems to be my go to! WOW!! No disappointment at all. Except this time I had the pleasure of dealing with Nat! . The staff are great and friendly but I feel bad as I have to call the store because of some app issues. But I have to give a BIG shoutout to the Store Mgr…it is nice to see consistency throughout staff training, who knows how to treat customers and if there are any awards for Sandwich Artist King’s, this person has got my vote. But in all honesty, it’s the entire team at JJ Pembina.

“I have been a loyal customer of Edo Japan in Fort Richmond for 5 years. Last Saturday, my family and I visited Edo Japan Fort Richmond during dinner time. The store was packed, and it was clear that it was busier than usual with people eating in, taking away, and ordering delivery. The two staff at the front were very welcoming, polite, and efficient. They let us know that our order would take a while, and we were fine with that. We ordered Family Deals and 5 Sushi Platters because we love their food, and it did not disappoint. The staff delivered our order in less than 15 minutes, which was impressive given the crowd. We were pleasantly surprised by the fast service despite the long line and many waiting customers. The staff are definitely hardworking. Although the store didn't have a tipping option, my family chose to tip the staff who worked diligently during the busy period. These staff members are a credit to the company. I hope Edo Japan considers implementing a tipping option so that their hardworking staff can be rewarded for their excellent service.“

“Had a solid experience at this KFC location. Wanted to try out their pickle event! Got a box meal to try and it was very good. The burger had pickle seasoning as well as pickles and it was nice and crunchy on the outside. Hot and fresh meat on the inside.

The atmosphere of this KFC location was very pleasant, large booths, comfy seating and very clean and brightly lit.
