“So we ordered a Two piece Chicken meal, a one piece with palabok meal and a redeemed points yesterday. Specifically asked if the one piece with palabok could be thigh part. The cashier probably didn't listen, she still gave us a leg part. What's with the drum stock? It seems to me, Jollibee employees regularly picks the leg part so that they can eat the big parts of the chicken (free for employees) it seems to me it's their way of giving out the smaller parts of the chicken for the public and they enjoy the bigger parts. Which for me, it's very unfair. We are paying customers for a ridiculously high priced chicken. We expect to get our money's worth. Does the management allow this kind of practice? I mean, this restaurant is traditional to Filipinos, we are Filipino customers paying top dollars for traditional food and we get this kind of treatment? If you Jollibee keep this up, more and more of us will likely pass by your restaurants, pass meaning we'd rather take our business somewhere else. Think about it. High priced small chicken, small portions? You're not established as fine dining, you're a fast food restaurant.
One more thing, the burger, why is it getting smaller every time? We have Fatboy burgers for $10, your regular-- SMALL BURGER is $8. Make sense or just using the nostalgia to get higher prices? Less and lesser people are ordering the burgers, in my opinion, it's not worth it. My opinions may be small to you but eventually, the rage over the prices, services and products, it'll snowball into a big one one day.“
