“Just took my teens there. I ordered a flight of ice cream (4 flavours->pistachio, strawberry cheesecake, bubblegum, and Oreo cookie fudge something rather. My kids had chocolate and lemon respectively. Best. Ice cream. Ever. Very creamy; not too sweet and full of flavour. I especially enjoyed the texture. It didn’t melt in seconds either!! The real deal! Very cute and quaint and staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!!“

“When does a place become an establishment? or a city favorite? or one of those "must do" places in a city?Answer can be as simple as a place that is consistently delivering on their promise and making it a point that every time someone visits them they have the same experience + an added bonus if they discover something better every time they visit. Hope you understand and are still with me on this. There are also places that make a big investment and do as much as they can to make all newspapers and pr etc etc. and they do it till they can, but they have to turn to what i mentioned above to make it into the rounds.If you ever cross this place in the summer, by the lines outside and swarming people around you will know what i am talking about.Is this the best icecream place in the city? I don't think so - Is this the one of the best? May be - What do they offer that is different? Their service and some of their creations like watchamacallit(their icream sandwich), great pumpkin soft serve(september to season close), One of the best waffle cones, Hot fudge sundae, Awesome sizes fulfilling kids' cravings.Their service is top notch. “Me and my sister went here over the summer. The lady at the counter (one of the co-owners) was so friendly and professional! My sister tried the strawberry rhubarb crumble (which she adored!) and the funfetti. I also tried the funfetti along with the salted caramel crunch. The funfetti flavour is the best birthday cake ice cream we've ever had. It includes actual chunks of birthday cake! I loved the salted caramel crunch as well. The space was fairly small but still warm and inviting, and featured a delightful wall covered in photos of adorable dogs. Highly recommend!“

“This is a friendly neighbourhood coffee shop with a wide variety of hot and cold drinks and great baked treats from a local bakery. I do meet friends there for coffee but my favourite thing is to take a book and enjoy some me-time. They have a small, but functional patio area in the good weather and the added awning this summer ear made it even better. They also sell unique, local items that make good gifts.“

“Really love that there is more Vietnamese coffee available in the city. Discovered The Coffee One recently through Instagram and I'm glad that I did. They are located in a shared space with Pop Bar and Pronuts. I really enjoyed their salted iced Vietnamese coffee, which was strong, smooth, and deliciously sweetened with condensed milk. “09/30/2023 we visited QD to enjoy some good reasonable ice cream, we had coupons. One $3 coupon was for a medium hot fudge sundae and the other coupon was for a $2 buster bar. The service very good and my better half’s sundae had lots of hot fudge. The buster bar was also very good. The evening was nice 17C so we sat out front of the store. The only thing disappointing was the smell of sewer gas at the tables. Will we go again? You bet as long as we have coupons.“
“I returned to Dairy Queen after a long absence I believe the last time I went was when I was a child about 25 to 35 years ago I'm just gonna leave that back. I had the chocolate dipped cone and the memories poured back into me as I crunched into that chocolaty shell, and into the smooth creamy ice cream within I would give it five stars, but you can never go back to being a child.“

“There’s so many options here. Whether it’s summer, winter or fall - whatever the season is, there’s comfort food for it. I suggest trying their siopao, fresh lumpia or Goto combo which is their rice porridge with tripe and lumpia. In the summer time, I go for icecream/gelato or halo halo? if you’re a dessert person, their ensaymada and gelato’s are good options.“

“The poutine is actually discofries. Far too many restaurants don't even know what they're selling, and it boggles the mind. There is a very important distinction between poutine and discofries: the cheese. Shredded cheese means you have disco fries. Poutine is cheese curds. There is a huge difference. They're two different dishes that both deserve to be labeled properly. False advertising isn't cool. If I order a poutine and someone gives me fries, gravy, and shredded cheese, I'm gonna be disappointed. I ordered poutine, not discofries. You should eat here anyways because the food is still incredible. People should just know what it is they are getting.“
