“Dairy Delight is located on St Anne’s road in the St Vital area of Winnipeg. This is a wonderful locally old restaurant with specializes in hard and soft ice cream, flurries, and sundaes. They also sell hamburgers, fat boys, fries, poutine, hotdog and onion rings! The service is fast and friendly, and staff are very welcoming. The prices are very reasonable and there’s also free parking in addition to limited interior seating and a nice patio in the front. Great place to stop by if you’re looking for a cool treat on a warm summer day. I recommend.“

“Nucci’s was the perfect place to host my dad’s 80th birthday. They closed the restaurant on a Friday night for our family, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The food was outstanding, homemade, authentic, and made with so much love. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a family milestone, I highly recommend Nucci’s. “I had the pleasure of running across this quaint little ice cream shop, with a large selection of very tasty ice cream. It was the day we celebrated Pinawa Birthday. I wanted ice cream and later went back for coffee. Our party of three each ordered a different flavour and were delighted in taste testing each others. The ice cream was so good. We had to wait our turn in the line up but it was so worth it. I went by later for coffee and discovered they were supposed to be closed an hour before that but the happy customers kept coming so she made us our lattes. There was a group of Police man after us and Julia happily served them after us. I loved the ice cream, I loved the passionate and friendly service and the lattes were very tasty. It’s nice to see a small town business being run with such care, compassion to stay over time and such a tasty selection. If you haven’t tried it yet… GO. I will be back. 😊😊😊“

“This Dairy Queen is pretty decent. However, I noticed an inconsistency with the quality of ice cream compared to other Dairy Queens. I don’t know if it’s just because it was once a seasonal location. But I do notice it doesn’t seem as consistent with larger locations. I do frequent it often though. It’s a great summer spot.“

“I have been going here since I was in high school, that was 20 years ago. Love their bubble teas. They have a selection of ice cream. They also serve a variety of Filipino food, drinks, and desserts. I recommend going here if you're looking for a cool treat during the hot season in Winnipeg.“

We got the dozen assorted and they were delicious. When the lady found out it was my birthday she gave me three extra donuts too. Over all a delightful addition to my birthday.“

“I went to the st Mary Dairy Queen on April 15th and I had a really great experience. There was an employee there light skinned, super polite, and honestly just had such a positive vibe. It was my first time ever going to Dairy Queen, and he made the whole experience so easy and welcoming. He helped me choose and order Blizzard treats for me and my kids, took his time to explain things, and made sure everything was right.

The Blizzards were amazing and definitely lived up to the hype no disappointment at all. The service really stood out to me because it felt genuine, not rushed, and you could tell he cared about making customers happy. Overall, it was a great first experience, and it left a really good impression“

“I haven’t been to this location in ages, but my girlfriends and I had a bit of a sweet tooth we needed to deal with so we came here. We were greeted by two VERY lovely employees (a boy and a girl). I had the pleasure of chatting with Daniel, he walked me through the process of building my sweet treat and the ins and outs of frozen yogurt. He was kind and approachable, I felt like I was talking to someone who loved their job and is good at it.

“The staff here were quick and efficient. I only had to wait in line for a few minutes despite being behind 4 other groups. The only downside is that there is very little parking. It's located on portage itself and because of this the only parking available is in the back and can only hold 4-5 cars at a time.

Overall quite good to cool off from that heatwave we had.“

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic — on their recommendation, I got the caramel chocolate dip, and it was absolutely the right call. My suggestion is to please give each customer enough time, ask them properly about their preferences, and prepare the ice cream with care and patience. After all, customers are spending their money to enjoy the ice cream. Other than that, everything is great.“

They also have plant based chicken items, gf, and def items as well! Their milkshakes use real fruit and the portions are very generous.
