The locally sourced Bison and Artic Char dishes were a beautiful blend color and fresh flavors that literally made you stop to slow down and savory each mouthful. Dessert was heavenly to say the least. The most outstanding aspect of the evening ( besides the menu)was the impeccable, skilled, talented gentleman who we had the pleasure of being served by. He had eloquence, warmth and grace in his every mannerisms. Knowledgeable and kindly attentive, we were quickly made to feel welcome. Such excellence & pride as he showcased his trade. I’m only sorry I did not get his name; he is someone I will remember. Our anniversary meal was celebrated at #fusiongrillmb - July 19 th; A Fabulous Winnipeg Treasure. “If pizza for lunch is on your plate then look no further than TCB on Kenaston. A 12” very filling pie will set you back $22. Tons of toppings and easily passed my crust test. Toss off all the toppings and you still have an amazing crisp light crust that is so good. This is the Sicilian with lots of meat and mushrooms that made for a juicier slice. Lunch is limited to pizza but several more items are added to the evening menu. Bands are often showcased on Friday and Saturday nights. There is a good sized patio, far off from busy Kenaston and there are several bar high tables but it it mostly bench type seating, nice way to meet your neighbours.“

Not only was the Coffee great but they were a pet friendly establishment and provided water outside for them to have a drink as well. I’m a forever customer now.“

Our server didn't seem to be very happy and his interactions were very blunt and to the point, almost like he was reciting the same script at each table. I also really didn't like how the highest tip option was automatically selected on the list of tips when I received the debit machine to tip and pay. Not sure if that's an automatic setting or the server did it, but that alone made me give a lower tip.“

Parking was tight near the entrance, but a few spots opened up as we arrived. The atmosphere felt welcoming, though lines formed during lunch. A small suggestion: maybe add more outdoor seating for warmer days. Overall, a solid experience with helpful service.“
