“My wife and I just celebrated Valentine's Day at Fusion grill (once again!). We love coming to Fusion for any occasion. The food is always top notch, Scott and his staff are incredibly nice, experienced, and attentive, and the drinks pair so well with the meals. Very easy to make reservations and there is always great music. We've always felt very valued coming here, and it seems that that is likely a shared feeling from other customers we've talked to as well. Whatever your reason, I would highly recommend Fusion for your next outing! Our favs are the truffle perogies, pickerel, and the apple crumble.“

Mixed Pastries

“This is a friendly neighbourhood coffee shop with a wide variety of hot and cold drinks and great baked treats from a local bakery. I do meet friends there for coffee but my favourite thing is to take a book and enjoy some me-time. They have a small, but functional patio area in the good weather and the added awning this summer ear made it even better. They also sell unique, local items that make good gifts.“

Eadha Bakery Worker Co-op Bakery • $
577 Ellice Ave, Winnipeg

“I absolutely adore this bakery. The best sourdough in the city, but not only that, the people who own and operate it are kind and inclusive. Not only is it a queer safe environment, they treat EVERYONE with dignity and respect, regardless of appearance, housing status, etc.Truly a community staple for the west end, and very much worth the trip if you live in another neighbourhood. 13/10 would recommend.“

The Coffee ONE Coffee Shops •
540 Academy Rd, Winnipeg

“Really love that there is more Vietnamese coffee available in the city. Discovered The Coffee One recently through Instagram and I'm glad that I did. They are located in a shared space with Pop Bar and Pronuts. I really enjoyed their salted iced Vietnamese coffee, which was strong, smooth, and deliciously sweetened with condensed milk. I will definitely return to try their salted iced matcha latte next time.“

“I recently had the opportunity to try Torque Brewing's diverse range of beers in Winnipeg, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. “Great, North End burger joint. Burger Pattie’s are on the smaller side but homemade & fresh with great buns. A lot of variety of different style of burgers with a classic Fat Boy on the menu. I personally love the Friday Nighter (Burger with a hot dog on it).Poutine is really good, curly fries are solid & there are a few other options on the menu too.Recommend phoning to order ahead to pickup as there is nowhere to dine in.“

Cocoabeans Gluten Free Cafe • $$
774 Corydon Ave, Winnipeg

“I recently found out about this bakery and something told me not to hesitate ordering even though I had no idea what anything tasted like! I recently went gluten, dairy and soy free, I ordered a mixed berry pie, chicken pot pie, sourdough cinnamon buns, oatmeal raisin cookies, sourdough bread and sourdough hamburger buns.. the cookies.. to die for, the sourdough bread.. it’s killing me how delish it is.. and everything else looks so yummy I’m trying hard to space it out so I don’t put myself in a food coma. Do not hesitate to order, you will not regret it. Thank you @cocoabeans for providing such a delish alternative tt people who have food intolerances.. #customerforlife ❤️❤️❤️“
