“I just wanted to say my family and I had a great time last night, and we've missed dining out like that. Our server was very patient with us cause I'm not sure we remembered how to behave in a restaurant. All in all, a wonderful time with good food.“

They really should have been asked by Management to be quiet. Jamil was our waiter and he was great! Very quick and attentive. We’ll be going back for another show.“

“I am a regular at Times and Bluenote, it is always amazing. One of the best things has always been that it is a place to DANCE and show appreciation to the band playing hard for us. All of the regulars make space and make room. Love this place. Recently, the demographic has seen some younger folks finally finding out about this amazing gem for live music…the problem, they are taking over the dance floor and making it into a STANDfloor. I was there for Halloween and the band, amazing as always, staff, out of this world. Sadly, no matter where I am attempted to find a small square to dance, a younger, often pretty drunk person decided that the exact space I occupied needed to be usurped. I finally decided to hold my ground. Folks, come and love this amazing place, but please if are not dancing, stay off the DANCE floor. Or…get the heck on there, dance and keep the vibe high! Please stop stomping on folks. There is room for everyone.“

“My family and I had a dinner outing here last night and all 4 of us were incredibly pleased. We love how the menu has accommodations whether your gluten free or eat a plant based diet.
But the highlight of our visit.. Kales. What a wonderful human. The recommendation on the menu, the genuine chats, the kind words, and can’t forget the dancing that just showed true energy. “The band was amazing . Went there for birthday celebration and was amazing . The service from the waitress was slow at times we would order a drink and we would wait over 10 min for the drink to come . Other then hat it was a good experience .“

“We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at Chop! They were aware of it and made our experience fantastic from the time we walked in to the time we left! Wonderful service, complimentary dessert, and placed us in a great table! The manager (we assume) was walking through the restaurant ensuring everything was as expected! Can't wait to return soon...just because it was THAT good!!!! Highly recommend this restaurant!!“

“Been here about 5 times, bar tender has been amazing, food is affordable and good. Bar tender knows what I drink and usually pipes it when I walk in. Location detracts from the atmosphere but once inside everything is always a good time.(half nacho portion could probably feed 3 or 4)“

“The atmosphere is beyond beautiful with the vibes to match! Bar Red Sea is a very diverse and all inclusive restaurant/lounge. Service and food is served with efficiency
and the staff and owner treat everyone with kindness and respect every time you walk through those doors. “Just when you think they can't raise their game any higher Hy's manages to find a way. We attended the Calgary locations 10th Anniversary Celebration on Sept 26th and it was spectacular. The event was flawlessly organized and orchestrated by the Hy's team, the food was next level even by Hy's standards and the service exceeded anything we have experienced anywhere in North America even in the finest hotels. Bryant Olender added a classic background with piano and vocal stylings that perfectly suited the atmosphere. It was certainly the best evening we have at Hy's over the last decade, and I don't think I'm overstating it to say it was a "Once in a Lifetime" experience. A huge thankyou to Barb and the entire Hy's team!“

The original bone in chicken wings with cherry whiskey BBQ sauce was definitely a finger licking appetizer and my Loaded Buffalo Chicken Taquitos with curly fries and garlic mayo really hit a home run.

“Hosted a 10yr old’s birthday party here on a Saturday daytime and I’ve been recommending it to everyone ever since!
Perfect for wannabe pop stars - my daughter had the best party and I hardly had to do a thing. Cadence had the party agenda down perfectly - she was a fabulous host!

Loved that the package included pizza, veggie tray and a mocktail per kid. I added on some fries too, which was a hit with our crowd

“Me and my fiance rediscovered this place a few years ago and it's been one of our favorite restaurants ever since.

The food is always top notch and super delicious the staff is very friendly and helpful and accommodating.

They have many choices and many unique dishes you just can't find anywhere else.

We are very sad to hear about the closing and wish the owners and staff the best of luck with the relocation and we will definitely be back once the restaurant reopens at its new home.
