“This review is in regards to Alyssa Willson. Alyssa has been a consistent leader for Joey's Polo Park location bar for as long as I can remember. Despite her many tasks in her managerial position, she still takes the time to weave through all the tables and genuinely interact with the familiar faces of return guests to really give the welcoming family feel at this locations. She is always smiling, despite the array of different situations showing from afar to each guest that everything is running smoothly from in front of house to the kitchen staff. She's an asset to the Fuller Family Group the and sky limit for this one.“

“First off, Julia was a great server! Everything was timed flawlessly, and she took great care of us tonight! We tried some pasta, a couple pizzas, and a couple appys. Everything tasted great and wasn’t overpriced!

There was something that my friend and I witnessed tonight that was pretty awful to see. A woman and a man that was apart of a family group was yelling at a server and causing a disturbance. In fact, the same group left 2 reviews , they are some of the newest reviews below this one in case anyone is curious. It’s humorous that he can add the server’s name, but then fails to name the “accommodation” the restaurant couldn’t fulfill. Embarrassing !!! Do better next time Peter & Karen :)

“Hands down the best meal I’ve had in Winnipeg for a while. As soon as I walked in the staff was warm & welcoming and the place smelt incredible. We got the special for 6, it was the perfect amount for 6 people. We had never had Ethiopian before, so the staff explained to us how to eat it and what every dish & sauce was. If this is on your list of places to try, bump it to the top, trust me you will not be disappointed!“

“I usually get my coffee from Stella’s which is always great, and the service is even better. I especially want to mention Navraj, who is always so polite, friendly, and welcoming. “We just arrived home after a wonderful Thanksgiving meal at Silver Heights Restaurant. It was a tasty and flavourful classic turkey and ham dinner with all of the best trimmings, including delicious homemade side dishes. The portions were generous, the food was hot, and no details were missed. The service was prompt, polite and friendly to seat us, to serve the meal and to kindly check back during the meal for any requests we had. Absolutely top marks!!!“

“Nuburger Kenaston: I was greeted by two very warm and friendly gentlemen. One of them gave me a low-down on the menu as I had never been there before. My burger (monster something rather) was huge and soooo delicious! The fries contained the perfect amount of salt and crispness…you know when the ends have just a little extra oil and it adds to the taste😋However, nothing surpassed my expectations more than the service.
