Despite her many tasks in her managerial position, she still takes the time to weave through all the tables and genuinely interact with the familiar faces of return guests to really give the welcoming family feel at this locations. She is always smiling, despite the array of different situations showing from afar to each guest that everything is running smoothly from in front of house to the kitchen staff. “My daughter and I went in for a meal and had such a fabulous experience. Our server ( Morning Star) was fantastic. My daughter’s steak had quite a bit of fat on it, and the server immediately noticed and spoke to the manager. Without any hesitation, they brought her a new steak and even gave her a “to go” box for the other one.
They were absolutely fantastic! It makes the experience so much more enjoyable when you can tell that the staff genuinely care and just want to make sure you are happy with both your food and the service.

The locally sourced Bison and Artic Char dishes were a beautiful blend color and fresh flavors that literally made you stop to slow down and savory each mouthful. “We went to high tea yesterday. A lovely selection of teas was available. The food was amazing! We sat on the patio and had a large variety of finger sandwiches, scones & breakfast morsels, fruit, and decadent desserts. Service was great, and they gave us flowers before we left. “Although this is a learning facility, I still want to share an honest review.

We started with an assortment of breads served with a variety of butters, and they were absolutely delicious. Our server was great, attentive and informative throughout our visit.
My only suggestion is that she could speak a bit louder. The place itself is clean and has a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere.

Now, onto the food. We also had the Sweet Potato Potage with candied walnut and coconut cream, which was excellent. For our mains, my friend ordered the steak, cooked medium well, and it was done perfectly and tasted great.
As for me, I chose one of their specials: the salmon with roasted Brussels sprouts and fondant potatoes. Unfortunately, the salmon was undercooked, which I immediately brought to the server’s attention. It was sent back to the kitchen, but the second serving was still undercooked.

That said, I understand this is a learning environment, and I hope this serves as a valuable opportunity for improvement, especially with their upcoming exam next week.

Despite this, the dish itself was well-seasoned.
We ended our meal with a delicious lemon cheesecake, which was a great finish. Overall, we still enjoyed our lunch.“

“We love Earls! There are a wide variety of great options on the menu, from steaks, to sushi, to pasta, and more. The service is excellent every time we go. It’s become our go to downtown, and everything we’ve had has been terrific. The photos are from our most recent meal: half rack of BBQ ribs, cheeseburger, crispy tofu, and spinach dip. We’d definitely recommend it!“
