Went for a first time visit with my partner for a Friday night Comedy Showcase. The venue is large and fits the 1920’s prohibition atmosphere. MC’d by the hilarious and super friendly Benji, he made the show flow smoothly the whole night through. Our waitress Hayley checked in on us consistently and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our drinks and food. Bought tickets for the show tonight. A bit pricey at $29 after tax, however not completely regrettable. The show was enjoyable and I like supporting local artists even if armature. The service was slow but the manager, Scott made up for it 10 fold. He served us and supported his staff really well. Also, the bartender was super talented and made her drinks spot on. I would recommend for a date night or just night out. The effort made by all was evident and appreciated. Well done.

This is probably one of the most authentic speakeasies in Winnipeg—super interesting entrance, it’s giving prohibition lol. Been to a couple shows (improv and comedy nights) and they’re all good. The drinks are interesting, and the staff are always friendly.
