“It’s been awhile since I visited this establishment. I made an online reservation for Sunday at 12, and was so surprised that it wasn’t as busy as I thought it would be. Which was nice bc it wasn’t loud in the restaurant. I ordered the Lunch Soup & Salad Combo ($18) - Roasted Red Pepper Soup and Apple & Cranberry Salad with 2 pieces of Garlic toast. I also shared the Block’s Beet Chips (full size $19) with my friends. The ingredients were all fresh, every dish tasted amazing. The staff were so incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our meal. Great spot, I would definitely be back again!“

“Today is Lois birthday, early in our marriage (now 29 years ago) we went out to Tony Romas downtown Winnipeg for ribs and have done it ever since. Sometime, years ago, 20 maybe, while dining at Tony Romas we noticed a young waiter going around and pulling finger puppets out of his apron and entertaining the kids. When he came to our table to take our order I said “ what, we don’t get to see the finger puppets too” at which point he pulled them out and after a short entertaining display he gave one to Lois. We have gone to Tony Romas for birthdays and anniversaries frequently ever since. Today, Lois’ birthday we went to Tony Romas near Polo Park and had a great meal and the waiter was the best. Knowing it was Lois’ birthday, he called over another waiter who sang “happy birthday “ in full voice. We thanked him very much and I told him we have been coming to Tony Romas for years and that many years ago we had a waiter at the downtown restaurant who entertained us with finger puppets. He reached into his apron and produced some finger puppets just like the ones he had entertained us with so many years ago. All these years later he’s still doing it and it was one of the reasons we’ve continued to go to Tony Romas for so many years.“

“My sister and I visited your restaurant for lunch on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. I would like to give a huge shout out to our waitress Chey. She was so amazing with our 89 year old mother. My mom was interested in the Tuesday special which was Crab Legs. She was unsure if she was going to be able to crack open the legs. Chey replied that she would do it for her. When our meals were delivered, Chey came back to our table and opened up all the legs and passed my mom the meat. Mom was so happy to have that done for her. Chey took her time to ensure all was well with her prior to leaving the table to take care of her other tables. Chey is definitely a GEM of a waitress! Thank you for making our mom's trip to Red Lobster a wonderful experience!!“

“Been coming to Rudy's for years now, and last Friday evening reminded me exactly why it stays at the top of my list. The bison burger was cooked perfectly, just the right amount of char on the outside and juicy all the way through. Our server checked in at just the right times without being intrusive, which is something a lot of spots in Winnipeg honestly can't pull off. If you haven't made this part of your regular rotation yet, you're missing out on one of the best casual dining experiences this city has to offer.“

“We came here for the first time today and had Stephanie as our server. It’s my birthday and my partner suggested silver heights as somewhere new to try ribs. Stephanie was great at greeting us and letting us know everything from the specials to helping me choose a specific drink. It was effortless with her, and normally we’d have to ask questions but they were all answered before we even had a chance. It was a great experience, and even got a free birthday dessert. The ribs were incredible and she accommodated everything we asked. Thank you Stephanie for your accommodations and making our first experience a great one!!

Still exceptional service. Ladine was wonderful and attentive. She allowed my sister and her hubby to order off the main menu even though there was a restricted menu for Father's Day. The other server was very friendly as well. My buddy had the chicken and I had the sirloin Oscar with vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes. I also had the lemon chicken soup. Everything was awesome!

Excellent service. Nice patio. Peaceful. Duet entertainers were quite good and very relaxing. Good variety of food, reasonably priced.“

“My first time in was on my birthday today. Was more than pleasantly surprised. Had the Beets by Nu chicken burger and it was incredible. My brother had the Stamos burger and it was like he inhaled it. Loved the flavours. Love that it supports the local community and uses locally sourced products. Friendly staff, great service. “Sat outdoors on this very hot day. My group had a wonderful time. I had their Burger Jardin. I loved it. Always enjoy trying different veggie burgers but this one was different and soooo good. The patty was chickpea-based and tasted like a falafel burger. The burger was well dressed with delicious condiments. The sides were awesome home roasted home fries and great creamy coleslaw. The highlight though was an awesome server by the lovely name of Patience, She is bright, witty, perfectly discrete in her timing while waiting on us. Seriously, we will ask to be seated at one of her tables next time. Patience is an asset to Stella’s au CCFM.“

“Great little place! I'm quite lucky the last remaining Harvey's in my city is right outside my home. Harveys is a good fast food restaurant with great tasting food. Just maybe they would be popular again if they widened their choices more, like offering different bun choices (pretzel or brioche) more options of cheese like subway.
I do however have one little complaint and it's those crappy wooden spoons. Sporks come with longer prongs!!!!“
