Your menu states that vegan versions of your specialty burgers are available. I ordered the vegan Red Ryder burger which became a regular burger because the restaurant did not offer vegan cheese curds and mayo. To me, this is not a vegan option since half the ingredients that would have made the burger a specialty item were not available. If a menu states that an item can be made vegan, it should be vegan in its entirety otherwise it isn’t really a vegan option.
Food was 10/10!! Absolutely delicious. The environment is amazing and such a great vibe. The reason for not a full 5 stars is the service needed some work. We waited about 45 minutes for our two meals and my order was wrong. A family of 3 with a young child (5-7) got there before us and by the time we got our food they still had not even received their drinks. They nicely asked a server two times that we saw and nothing was done. They ended up leaving with a very sad little girl....read full review

Arrived shortly around 520pm. Place was hopping, great but due to sign placment customers couldn't tell if they should stand in the long line if they were taking out, ordering ice cream, or dining in. It took a while for the group crowding the door to figure out all their places. We waited roughly 15 minutes for a table.
