The service was excellent. They were very accommodating to my 87 year old mother with a walker She really enjoyed the French Onion soup and Iced Tea for lunch
My family had ordered take out for family dinner. Normally this is a pretty transactional interaction as there is not a lot of time to personalize the service. Yesterday when Gwen helped me, it was extremely personalized. I felt so valued and she went above and beyond. I left after 5 min with a huge smile. Thank you so much for your help and service, Gwen and BP Moray team. It just goes to show that even the small interactions can make huge impact.
