“Jollibee is always our go-to place, especially when we are with the kids. This Mother’s Day, we had many options on where to celebrate, but we still chose Jollibee because our children truly love it — from the moment they see the Bee sign up to enjoying their favorite meals, especially Chickenjoy and Ube Pie, which everyone in the family loves.

Special mention to the staff at the Ellice branch, especially “Weng,” who is naturally friendly, customer-focused, knowledgeable, and very efficient at her job. As soon as I showed the app on my phone for the Mother’s Day special and to redeem my points, she immediately assisted me and took the time to help. She also never forgets to ask for my Chickenjoy preference, which is always a mix of regular and spicy.

Another associate, whose name I unfortunately failed to get, was also very kind and efficient. He proactively asked if we needed extra plates and cutlery — something I usually forget to request. Hopefully this helps identify him: he served our Order #14 around 2 PM on May 10 at the Ellice branch.

“I recently came from the Philippines and visiting this Jollibee honestly made me feel at home again, especially because of Justin. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with such a warm and respectful attitude that instantly reminded me of the hospitality back home. He was patient, friendly, and very attentive even though the restaurant was busy. You can tell he genuinely cares about every customer and takes pride in his work.

My order came out fresh, hot, and really fast, and Justin still made sure everything was correct before handing it to me. Small things like that really stand out. He kept smiling, stayed professional the whole time, and treated everyone with kindness and energy. It’s rare to see service this good nowadays.

As someone who just came from the Philippines, I can honestly say Justin represents the true Filipino hospitality that makes Jollibee special. Employees like him are the reason people keep coming back. Jollibee is lucky to have someone this hardworking and respectful on their team. “Very, very pricey! Very small portions! I paid over $8 for 2 pieces of chicken & taters only. The chicken consisted of a small leg (smaller than you get a Chicken Delight), and a rib with hardly any meat on it. The taters are wedges but not typical in size when you think of potato wedges. They are cut from very small potatoes and cut very thin and are about 2 inches long. There is more potato by volume in a small French fry order at McDonald's than in a small serving of wedges at Mary Brown's. The portion you get is significantly smaller than the two piece chicken and fries at Chicken Delight, which is also cheaper. The chicken is okay; not exceptional. The one thing I did notice is that it's not as greasy as KFC or Chicken Delight. The Sage Creek staff were friendly. Service was fast. The restaurant just opened so it was exceptionally clean. The pricing is prohibitive so I won't be frequenting this restaurant often.“

“Well the food was hot, I ordered big crunch combo, mentioned 3 times not the zinger, he came back and asked me again that it was the big crunch said yes, can you guess what I received, the zinger, asked for pickles on it several times no pickles, ice machine still not working, they gave ne a canned one instead.
Good food, great service today. A tasty $5 big crunch today, and it is nice when the cashier tells you to order it this way to save some money. Friendly staff and a good sandwich.“

“We always passed by for several years now and we finally decided to try out dinner. Chicken fingers were tasty and double order of fries. I had 2 piece chicken with salad and pasta salad- yummy. Finished with Oreo cheesecake. Highly recommend you give them a try if you haven’t been here already. Our server was great.“

“I ordered on this location first time today and it was a good experience. First of all they were able to serve extra crispy chicken which the other locations couldn’t and the quantity was better than other Winnipeg locations. So kudos to the team and the management.“
