I have come here multiple times. The staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. When I made an error for my schedule (I accidentally on Thursday when I meant to book on Friday) and I came in on that Friday, they very gently let me know I missed my booking. That was entirely fair and they were very nice about the mistake I made, and so my friend and I were content to have their amazing drinks and not go into the cat room. Food and drinks were great and at a reasonable price. You get a free craft to do after you're finished in the cat room as well. My only issue is that the cafe part is very crowded, theres not much room in between tables. Other than that, I had a great time here!
