“I’ve been here quite a few times, on my every visit I just love the way the staff treats us. Usually, I stopped for a coffee and donuts. Everytime they served a fresh hot coffee with freshly baked donuts which gives perfect burst of flavours on the palate.“

“I had the most friendly and helpful server at your location on Academy on 2 different Friday nights. I was slightly overwhelmed with the options and she had great suggestions. “We visited to get some donuts for my niece and nephew and they were so overwhelmed with the colorful donuts and were choosing all the pink blue green donuts in sight! :) The lady at the counter was so nice and offered to give them donuts and they loved that! Thank you for making their day special! I believe her name is Fashia sp? . We went Wednesday, Oct 15 around maybe 430pm. Thank you to the staff they were so kind and nice to my family :)“

“I visited D-Spot for the first time tonight and absolutely loved it. The vibe is great and the restaurant is incredibly clean. A huge shoutout to the evening supervisor who was so kind and helpful in guiding me through the menu! Excellent service and delicious treats—I’ll definitely be back.“

“The quality and variety at Tim Hortons is always TOPS! What adds to a favourable visit is the people working there. On a recent visit I had two Great Customer Reps; SUKHVEER & SUKHMANI. These two woman worked as a cohesive team. While Sukhveer was showing me (older senior) how to use my Tim's Online App, Stukhmani was puting together my order. They both smiled and knew each others moves so that my order was ready by the time I completed order, and payment. They have been trained well and so patient to wait for me to make purchase decisions, without any rushing or disappearing to go do something else. That's Customer Care! I really enjoyed the limited time Chocolate chip muffin with Hazelnut centre. Merry Christmas to them and others on staff who were also attentive to their customers.“

“Comfortable area and great atmosphere“

“The Dapper Doughnut is located on the second floor of Polo Park Mall at 1485 Portage Ave. They offer a nice selection of sweets and sodas other beverages. Their specialty is donuts, of course – double chocolate, mint chip, maple, strawberry, one etc. There’s a small seating area. It’s located close to RW & Co, foot locker, call it spring, swarovski, and JD sports. The elevator is leading to the second floor are located steps away. It’s a nice place to stop by for a quick sweet snack. I recommend.“

“I was surprised that the Starbucks app indicated this location was open on Xmas day. I placed an order to surprise my family that morning but was disappointed that it actually wasn’t opened. I called the next day & without question they offered to replace the order on the spot and apologized right away. The lady there had a great attitude and was really friendly. She turned a mistake that can happen to anyone into a positive. The staff there are always friendly.“

“I don't go to Starbucks ever, really, and I mostly went because I had a gift card. I didn't know how to say what I wanted due to anxiety and lack of knowledge, so I showed the barista a picture. I don't know who I talked to, but they were absolutely lovely and so helpful, even giving me a simple explanation for the sizes.
What I ended up getting was a strawberry creme frap, which is very sweet but I like it. Thank you to whoever helped me today, you were very sweet ❤️

Was recently at another location that didn’t deliver on service at all but this one was great…and the apple fritter was also delicious! Appreciate the friendly service and you can hear the smile in the voice taking your order.“
