A bizarre experience - went in to get 2 chai tea lattes with no sugar but please add honey - on the counter they only made one but also charged me for one - no problem a simple negligent ignorable and forgettable event - i expressed i want another one they charged me again which is fair and asked me to wait in the parking lot - no issues at all - waited 15 minutes no one came by - no issues at all - forgetting is a humane thing - they must have forgotten - i went inside the person...read full review
I waited 9 mins for someone to take my order. Meanwhile workers walked right by me. The only time I was acknowledged was when another customer came in. I don't want to say racial profiling but it's kind of hard when it took them that long to even look at the front. Next time I recommend drive thru only.

every single time i come here (always drive thru) i have to pull over for my TWO drinks. and there is never parking. and it takes them at least 5 minutes to bring my two drinks to me.
