every single time i come here (always drive thru) i have to pull over for my TWO drinks. and there is never parking. and it takes them at least 5 minutes to bring my two drinks to me.

A bizarre experience - went in to get 2 chai tea lattes with no sugar but please add honey - on the counter they only made one but also charged me for one - no problem a simple negligent ignorable and forgettable event - i expressed i want another one they charged me again which is fair and asked me to wait in the parking lot - no issues at all - waited 15 minutes no one came by - no issues at all - forgetting is a humane thing - they must have forgotten - i went inside the person reacted like she just remembered to make my stuff - completely ok no issues thus far - i repeated myself 3 times that i want no sugar but please add honey - they asked the other person and she smirked theres no sugar which was sarcastic behavior asonce he is gone who cares - i came out and took a sip in my car and it had loads of sugar - i didn't want to be rude and come back again but i also feel i wated my strength money and emotions on this event - wouldn't recommend

Why are the people that work there in such a rush all the time and end up messing the order

I waited 9 mins for someone to take my order. Meanwhile workers walked right by me. The only time I was acknowledged was when another customer came in. I don't want to say racial profiling but it's kind of hard when it took them that long to even look at the front. Next time I recommend drive thru only.

This is the worse place ever I experienced with zero experience and untrained staff. They should teach their staff how to make ice capp. I got charge about to $5 for the medium caramel icecap they give me glass broken on the top when I ask to put caramel drizzle on the icecap the lady at drive through was making faces on me if they wana do this why not that staff stay home and they bring the trained staff. The icecap was licking, it went all over in my car cup holder and on my clothes. Disappointed with this service.

I liked to order in this place because staff was nice, fast and friendly. But recently some staff are very rude, unfriendly and the word hygiene is not part of their vocabulary. I just bought some coffee, and the girl (who I think is the team leader because she was wiving orders to other staff), was touching and cleaning her nose with no hesitation in front of us and staff, and from there directly touching food and taking customers.So after seeing this, should I come back??? Should I trust that the food I am eating is safe?? I can't say that all the staff is like her, but for common sense, and in front of customers, WASH YOUR HANDS.Sorry, but you are losing another customer here.

A standard Tim Hortons experience. The tables didn't appear to get wiped down regularly and several had crumbs/wrappers/cups, but maybe I caught this location at an off time. Busy, but great service. I recommend this location if you're looking for a Tim's, it provides everything you would expect.

Ordered a take out .. a chicken salad bowl which was not even filled full. Always check your bowls coffers before taking order if its full. Pathetic

We are a regular customer at this store in the morning every weekdays BUT EVERY WEEKEND they always screw up our order very rude employees ESPECIALLY the lady who's at the drive thru window and ALWAYS SAYING NEXT PLEASE even though we are not yet settled to drive out! I worked at Tim Hortons before but I never do that to the customer. Shame.

Couple of days ago I go there. One person ahead of me. When he’s done I don’t know what they are doing busy in drive through orders and I m waiting and waiting almost 7-8 minutes when nobody cares about my order I decided to leave. I don’t buy anything.it’s not busy store that time also around 3pm It’s super bad service . Sorry to say but it’s true.

The staff is terrible. They can’t understand what you’re saying half the time. Have the worst attitude too. went in for 2 drinks today, and the employee told me it was for 17 dollars ?. tim’s changed and i’m not here for it.
