I had an issue with my skip order, wasn't expecting any refund or anything, but Nick was real cool and respectful, i came in a bit warm, but he kept his cool and said i could grab two new slurpees that were wrong and was again, really respectful, that guy is just awesome, and the other gentleman working with him was understanding and respectful as well, i didn't get his name.“
“I believe the staff were doing excellent under the conditions. They looked to be serving about 10 tables between two servers. Unfortunately it was too busy, and my family and I after waiting half an hour decided to leave. I'm sure this is a excellent place to eat, with amazing food and good vibes, they just need to have more staff, but that could just be Covid related?“

“Good coffee, fair service. Had no blueberry muffins at 545 am?.. that's ok, git a fruit explosion, warm on outside, bit in and frozen chunk in middle...horrible. I called just to let them know, I got told that's usual, wait 10 or 15 minutes for it to unthaw, I wanted a nice warm muffun....first time I've ever had one warm on the outside and a frozen chunk in the middle...not a great way to start the morning!June 28th....So to be fair, I went to Tim Hortons this morning again and tried the blueberry muffin and coffee...it was probably one of the best muffins I've had at Timmies. I dont know if they read my post and made a change or if they just had a bad day that day and this is the norm (although I was told that was usual) either way it was warm all the way through and tasted really good. So I'll increase my rating to 4 stars. It was a great start to my morning. Thank you.“
“When i ordered i spoke in french to the drive thru and at first the very polite man answered with "let me just get someone who speaks french" the man went and got Josiah Hofman from the kitchen (he was able to speak french very fluently) Josiah was very polite and took my order with ease.“
“Little Spruce Cafe is a cozy little cafe with good music, great food, hand crafted coffee, and amazing people on staff. Lisa is a coffee crafting wizard, she makes the best almond milk lattes I've ever had. Mark cranks out some of the most mind blowing culinary masterpieces so definitely grab a meal (lunch is 11-2, they also sometimes have dinner services Friday and Saturday evenings) a drink, and dessert while you're here.“
