This is the closest Starbucks to my house. It is notoriously busy in the morning. Often, I do a mobile order 7-10 minutes in advance, and my order is still not ready. The staff are lovely. Either more staff is needed or a new SB location is needed. Get a SB further west.
Im sure there are people who get food from starbucks all the time, I'm just not one of them. Its a coffee spot, and that's why I go there: so that's why 3 stars. Everything else was great
The employees are lovely, and I have never had any issue with my drinks. One reoccurring issue that seems to happen is that my food order is consistently missed. I believe the printer for the food orders is off to the side and not often seen by staff.
