Ben & Florentine offers a good experience with great servers. The 'Ultimate Pancake' is a good value with hashbrowns, bacon, eggs, fruit, and three pancakes. The presentation is excellent, and the serving sizes are generous. The Crispy French toast is highly recommended, not overly sweet. Despite some issues with service frequency and kitchen smells, it is a place worth visiting again.
