“I was only in Winnipeg for a few days and I ate here twice because it was THAT good. highly recommend the mushroom toast, fried chicken on toast, and rootbeer pudding. unique flavor combinations, excellent service, fair prices. and the drinks were great. my husband said that's the best mocha he has ever had. 10/10“

“We visited the Cora location on Waverley Street in Winnipeg on Tuesday, Aug 16, and had the great pleasure of being served by Mimi. Mimi is outright amazing at her job, and went above and beyond to ensure that the 2 members of our party who have food allergies were well looked after. She is knowledgeable, and took extra steps to double check ingredients so that she could make further, creative suggestions. It is clear that she enjoys her job and cares about her customers. Mimi is a fantastic representative for this restaurant that takes pride in offering delicious and healthy menu choices.“

“Great to have a venue dedicated to breakfast and lunch in St. Vital. The portions are huge and ingredients of good quality. Maybe almost too much food as neither of us finished our plates. The meals are a step up from other franchise breakfast diners, but a tier or two still below a boutique breakfast diner. A nice mid option. Staff friendly and helpful too. Atmosphere, at least during busy or peak hours is rough. Tables sticky from quick turn around, children everywhere, tons of noise, and it gets a bit hot and crowded feeling. But once it empties out a bit, it’s pretty comfortable inside. Overall great option for breakfast, especially in an area of town that needs it and if you have an appetite for portion

“The food was so good!!!! Our family ordered: a BLT deluxe on whole grain toast with coleslaw, a Monte Cristo sandwich with home fries, loonie pancakes, and blueberry pancakes. Everything from the food to the coffee was so so good.

“We took our 8 year old grandson for a birthday brunch to the Pancake House. Our server Vicki, was absolutely phenomenal! When she found out it was Oliver’s birthday she brought out a candle with his meal and chatted with him about his upcoming birthday party. When we were finished she brought out a signed card for him and $5 inside. We were amazed with her interest in him and her kindness in making this little boy feel so special. Thank you, Vicki!“

“Even though the restaurant was really busy, there was a short wait time (about 5 mins). Once we were seated we were offered drinks and a menu. It took about 10 mins to get our order in and our food was out with 15. Omelette was fantastic! Large size and I was very sad to leave the last few bites, but well worth the money.“
