Painfully slow. The people working were all rude and angry. Your bathrooms look like a crime scene. I've always used your drive thru but I've never actually been inside. Now that I have I won't be back, it actually might be the worst washrooms I've ever seen. I'm worried about the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Slowest Mcdonalds in the city. ALWAYS sent to the parking for delivery.... for 2 Coffees... pretty crazy... Not sure if it is understaffed or what is going on, just slow and terrible. the parking lot is terrible also.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. When you order McDonald’s you’re not expecting much, right, but at least consistency. Instead they served me a burger with part of its patty missing and a burnt part added, and half filled my fries, and then didn’t even give me my receipt probably because they knew they did an awful job. I complained to McDonald’s and the manager never contacted me. Avoid, avoid, avoid. The complaints are for a good reason.

One of their employee is not familiar with their McDonald’s mobile app payment system. Usually, I pay by scanning the QR code, but this time when ordering, they insisted on asking me for a code, which resulted in payment failure. They seemed to have confused the payment method, but still insisted that they were not at fault and began to make up reasons to defend themselves. I told them to simply scan the QR code on my McDonald’s app on my phone, but they still showed no remorse and continued to argue with me. McDonald’s in Canada is too disappointing.

The workers were slow coming to take our orders and this woman beside us was waiting 40 minutes for her food to be ready and this skip the dishes guy wasn't in line like he was supposed to they should wait like everyone else
