Would give 5 stars for food if we hadn't ordered the pizza. Even the free one we customized, meh. Wings were great for the price, tasty, hot and crispy. Battered mushrooms were good, maybe offer some ranch dressing and cook a little longer.

Hands down, easily the best pizza in Winnipeg no one has tried! Its cooked perfectly, with the perfect amount of toppings. I'd highly recommend adding the Italian Sausage to every pizza. It's so good, I had to tell my family. They come in from out of town to get there hands on a slice of Fresh Bolton Pizza. Unbeatable!

I think despite being off to a rocky start, they have the right idea and lots of potential.I'd like to see them focus on quality of ingredients and also quality of work put into each food item. Try not to rush things out, and try to assemble the food in such a way that it comes out great.For example, the last pizza I ordered from them, they didn't cook the broccoli, so it was all soggy on top.I can see the potential though.
