Last week, we Ordered with est. delivery time of 35 mins, didn’t show up for over 2.5 hours with no contact or notifications as to what was going on. Was a big order, over $200 and food arrived cold. My guess is the food was ready in 35 mins but sat on the counter or in the delivery vehicle for the other 2 hours.
