I ordered the Santa Lucia Special... Very bland, missing something & didn't have enough pizza sauce. Usually I order from the St. Mary's Rd. location, and it always tastes great from that location. From now on I guess I have to drive a little further for my pizza☹️.

Absolutely horrible and will never, ever in my life eat at this establishment again. Everytime im there the little old lady is screaming about something, the manager is never there, always lets the phone operators deal with the customer issues. Ive had long strands of brown in hair in my food more than a few times, ive seen roaches in there and when i got mouse feces in my salad that was the grossest thing ive ever seen in my life. Then when i call i wanted my money back and all they offered was another salad and pizza, no thanks, wont ever eat that food again, dont care if its free everytime.... HORRIBLY DISGUSTING restaurant .

We have been ordering from this location for years (regent) this past year or pizza is either over cooked or still raw in the middle.We have switched over to Henderson location and haven't had a problem since.

Ordered $400 worth of food, and cancelled fettuccine for $40. Went there 2 times for refund and boss wasn’t there to do it. Left them a note to call and refund us and never did. Safe to say we won’t be going back.

I haven't ordered from here in about a year, but for a place that was considered to be in my top 2 favourites, the quality has dropped, savagely.Ordered regular crust, but it was more like a deflated, thinner version (but not their thin crust) that tasted similar to 7/11 pizza or honestly, cardboard. Was pretty disappointed to say the least, since I drove in from Oakbank to get it.That will be my last time ordering here. The prices stayed the same, if not higher, but the quality has been lost.
