It worth taking a taxi to this warm restaurant with exceptional cuisine. One of the best Lentil soup I have ever had, my Spaghetti al olió with beef with a perfect temperature, texture and flavor. I love it! Adorable service! I definitely would come back!

Had dinner here for my boyfriends birthday and we had a great time! Our server provided such great service, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but we definitely won’t forget how hospitable he was towards our party of 5! He was very patient with us and really helped make my boyfriends birthday dinner memorable. We also very much enjoyed the food! Would definitely dine here again.

All the staff were extremely inviting , helpful and even go the extra mile with their service.
Would 11/10 recommend. For four people , 4 starters, 5 entrees and 3 desserts the pricing was really good and reasonable for the quality of service and food! The staff are also very personable. They even greeted us by last name and thanked us for calling to see if they had a table (we last minute booked and they had a last minute cancellation).
100% go here with some friends .
there is a parking garage next door (yes you have to pay) but you don’t have to worry much about the lovely downtown street parking because of that too. Another bonus

My wife and I went to Borgo Antigo on Saturday night for dinner and desserts, and we had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our server, Adam, took great care of us—attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. From start to finish, it was a great evening out. I went to Borgo Antico for the first time and had an amazing time. The atmosphere was perfect a nice classy and modern vibe. Mike the server was really nice and kind. The food came out at a speedy time while still delivering perfect food. I had the Milanese and it was extraordinary. In my opinion in all the restaurants I have been to in Winnipeg this is a place you must stop at, with perfect service and amazing food.

Beautiful space along with immaculate family-style Italian dishes. Mike our server of the evening kindly broke down the menu for us as it was our first time and gave outstanding recommendations, he was very approachable and a hilarious guy! Aside from the service, the food was top notch, we had the calamari to start and it was so so good, lightly breaded but crunchy, paired with a sauce that I couldn’t have enough of. Two types of pasta dishes and the chicken, all paired very well together! The tiramisu was definitely a must and now has my heart, and the mango sorbet was a stand out for my husband. Best believe we will be coming back to try more dishes and dessert! 10/10 would recommend!

Borgo Antico is one of the best restaurants in Winnipeg. It's a small, hidden gem in the heart of the exchange. The food is divine. The last time we ate here, we ordered the Burrata, the Cavolfiore del Borgo, Rigatoni Zozzona, and the Orechiette Pugliese. It is impossible to choose a favourite dish when you eat at Borgo because everything on their menu is delicious. We love how they change it up periodically. The Cavolfiore del Borgo was the best cauliflower dish I have eaten anywhere and should not be missed. The serving is very large and could easily feed 4 people if you are dining shared plate style. The Rigatoni Zozzona, new to the menu, was a creamy tomato based sauce that was an exquisite blend of Carbonara and a traditional ragu. The drinks here are always a delight as well. I had the Godfather, which was sweet and smooth, while my partner had the Paper Plane Canadese.
