“My dumb self accidently made a mobile order to the Osborne location when I intended for South Pembina. Thankfully the staff there were quick to address my mistake and made a call to the other restaurant and sorted it out without me needing to purchase another order. This was despite them being caught in a rush. Lesson learned, but I appreciated their service. Always pleasant ordering here.“

“Great burger king! I’ve been coming here for nearly 2 decades, as a child to now as an adult.

This location Burger King’s whoppers never disappoint, they will accommodate if you need extra toppings or less, and the BK free Whopper receipt deal with an order of fries and drink is too good to pass up as well.

Lobby is always clean and taken care of, good customer service the staff are adequate and friendly.

I loved coming here with family when I was younger, occasionally I still will. Now it’s a neat spot to grab a quick delicious whopper with my partner. Love this west end BK!“

“I stopped by Burger King today and ordered a Whopper combo — everything was fresh and hot, but what really made the experience stand out was the service from Abhinav.

He was friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. Even though it was a bit busy, he handled everything smoothly and made sure my order was perfect. He double-checked everything, got the combo out fast, and even asked if I needed anything else before I sat down.

It’s rare to get that kind of genuine customer service at a fast food place, but Abhinav really went above and beyond. Shoutout to him for making my quick lunch feel like a great experience. Will definitely be coming back!“

“I went to Burger King for lunch and ordered a Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich. They told me it would take about 6 minutes, but I got my order in just 4–5 minutes. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and to my surprise, they even gave me a complimentary Hershey’s Pie for the short wait—which I really enjoyed! Their service was excellent, and the dining area was neat and clean with comfortable tables and chairs. Overall, it was a great experience, and you can happily enjoy your meal there.“

Their customers came to Burger King and wanted more than the restaurant was prepared to provide. They did what they could by thanking customers for their patience with free onion rings. I usually do DoorDash deliveries overnight, and the staff here are always polite and professional. The guy at the drive-thru is especially well-behaved and makes the experience even better, he even offers me a drink if I have to wait more than 5 minutes. Small gestures like this really make a big difference. Highly recommend this location!“

“I walk in thinking, “Alright, quick burger, easy, done” and chaos hits me like a ton of bricks. Line’s moving slower than a glacier, fries are cold, the soda fountain’s spraying everywhere like it’s trying to kill me, and the person at the counter? Forget about it they look like they just survived a tornado! I’m sweating, I’m pacing, I’m thinking, “Did I make a mistake coming here?!” And then… they hand me my Whopper. HOT, JUICY, PERFECT. Suddenly the world is right, the chaos doesn’t exist, the fries taste like heaven, and I’m sitting there like, “Yeah… okay… maybe Burger King isn’t trying to destroy me today.” That Whopper, man… it’s a miracle, a life-saving experience, a tiny piece of perfection in a very confusing fast food world.“

“Excellent dinner and service provided by the team at BK tonight. The team executed well. The man ahead of me in line was very irate about the wait time and caused a scene in the restaurant. The BK team handled it very well and no one else in the restaurant was upset about a short wait for food, understanding the busy nature of the dinner rush on a Whopper Wednesday. I hope the team is not discouraged by folks like that and that they continue to deliver hot delicious food.“

“We haven't had BK in a long time, we came because of How to train your dragon special, surprisingly we all enjoyed our meals, 😄 The restaurant was nicely kept clean . Two downside is the washroom for wheelchair accessibility was locked and can't be used, no one was in it and it didn't have an Out of Order sign. In any other instances it would have been okay, but the use of a bigger stall would have made it easier for my mom. The kids meal didn't have toys, one of the reasons we decided to go there. They did provide an apple pie to compensate but the kids were a bit disappointed.“

“Haven't had a Whopper in a long time. The evening staff were particularly wonderful, when I bought at the drive-thru not knowing the dining room was open. Comfortable fast food dining, and a quality #3 burger meal with a drink. Would definitely return when the opportunity arises. Expectedly this burger is how I remembered it to be, absolutely great.“
